During lockdown I decided to start the 1:1 plan in order to improve my health and self esteem.  I chose Sharon as she was a local consultant with amazing experience.     Although I’m just at the start of my journey I have lost an incredible amount of weight already.  The products are easy to use and Sharon helps you choose the best plan for you.  She encourages me to keep going and is very understanding, especially during this unusual time.  I still have a long way to go, but with Sharon’s support I know I will get there.  Margaret

Marilyn was key to the success my husband and I had on the 1:1 Diet. She was there any time of day and any day of the week to answer our questions and to offer support. 
Marilyn would phone or text to give us encouragement and keep us motivated. She was full of handy tips and hints and quite frankly, we simply could not have achieved our goals without her!

 Nothing is too much bother for Marilyn, she goes out of her way to support you. When I struggled with sticking to plan she encouraged me to
 continue focussing on the positives and reflecting on how well I had done.
