I work from my office in southport - and also offer Virtual support across the Northwest and anywhere in the UK via video calls and products delivered direct to you. 

I understand exactly how it feels to be unhappy with your weight, In 2000 I was turning 30,  I had piled on the weight with a change of job, busy life and and becoming a new mum, I was the heaviest I had ever been, I was taking care of everyone else except me!  Does this Sound Familiar? 

I went from nearly 14 stones (size 18) to 10 stone* (10/12) in January 2002. I learnt to maintain my weight through healthy eating, being more active and changing  ‘bad eating habits/ lifestyle’. 

I am Now 55 and menopausal, so i understand the battles of a 50+ woman too.

*I can also support you if you are using weight loss medication (prescribed GLP-1) I can suply you with products to help you hit your nutrition goals and lose weight safely

Losing  weight 'literally' changed my life, I left my job in retail management/training to become a Consultant as I felt so passionate about losing my own weight, I knew I could help others achieve their weight loss goals too.  I absolutley love my job and helping others!
