    I am Mum of 4 teens, I found that The 1:1 Diet by CWP only worked when nothing else did. I really needed to loose weight for my health and to be there for my family . 

     

    My Story goes a little like this when I reached the end of my tether.  Bringing up my 3 children and a stepchild I had put myself at the bottom of the pile.  My last straw was when I split my trousers bending down to pick something up from the floor.  This was not only humiliating (and in front of my whole family) but was a real life reality check as to how I had let myself go.   My health had started to suffer. I was constantly tired and very uncomfortable in my clothes.  I remind myself everyday of that humiliating day and know everyone has their triggers and reasons for putting weight on. You will be glad to know I DO NOT judge anyone that wants help with their diet and I can help put you at ease straight away.   I'm a warm and friendly person, and I will help you discover the person you want to be.  I am a Full Time consultant working from my beautiful weight loss lodge and it has been truly the best decision I have made for me and my family.  I love what I do and I make it a fun and welcoming experience to come get weighed each week. I really do understand how hard it can be. 

    I have helped and supported many clients to loose weight over the 15 years. Even if you have a lot or a little to loose we all have our reasons. I am willing to help in any way I can to help you make that change.  Once you achieve your desired target weight I can also help with a maintenance diet and follow up appointments.
