I’m a proud mum of four grown-up young adults – and trust me, it was a bit like herding cats in fancy dress on a windy day when they were all little!

I found The 1:1 Diet at a point when I was worn out, invisible in my own home, and had put myself last for far too long. My turning point? Splitting my trousers bending down in front of the whole family. Cue embarrassment... but also a fire lit under me.

Back then, I didn’t want a quick fix – I wanted something that worked, and The 1:1 Diet was it. It helped me reclaim my energy, my health, and my confidence – and now, I help others do the same.

I understand the emotional rollercoaster, the guilt, the exhaustion, and the juggling act of life. That’s why with me, there’s no pressure, no judgment – just a friendly face who gets it and will walk the journey beside you.
