Why is my 'before' photo taken from the back? Because when I looked like this I never knowingly had my photo taken! Other diets just didn't seem to work, but it was different with Cambridge Weight Plan (now The 1:1 Diet). It's just amazing how fast I shed the weight, even whilst being on medication that was supposed to make it very difficult to lose weight. I feel great, and get such a buzz out of buying clothes that one of the reasons I've become a Consultant is to keep me out of the shops! Also, 18 years on, I still get a real pleasure out of helping people feel as great as I do.

My clients are my focus which I have been Highly Commended by the company. I was, at the company annual convention honoured to receive the Award for Excellent Service for the service I offer my clients. With me you will get solid individual support and encouragement for as long as it takes.I'm not just there to cheer you on through the good times when the weight is falling off, but I'm also there to support you if you're finding it tough. My personal experience coupled with a course on The Psychology of Eating Behaviours makes me able to support you through weightloss. My personal experience coupled with nutrition accreditations mean I can support you through maintenance.

Consultations for the time being are 'virtual', whether by video call or just a phone call (your choice). I'm here to support you throughout your journey. And through maintainance.
