Why is my 'before' photo taken from the back? Because when I looked like this I never knowingly had my photo taken! Other diets just didn't seem to work, but it was different with Cambridge Weight Plan (now The 1:1 Diet). It's just amazing how fast I shed the weight, even whilst being on medication that was supposed to make it very difficult to lose weight. I feel great, and get such a buzz out of buying clothes that one of the reasons I've become a  Consultant is to keep me out of the shops! Also I still get a real pleasure out of helping people feel as great as I do.

My clients are my focus which I have been Highly Commended by the company. I was, at last year's annual convention honoured to receive the Award for Excellent Service for the service I offer my clients. With me you will get solid individual support and encouragement for as long as it takes.I'm not just there to cheer you on through the good times when the weight is falling off, but I'm also there to support you if you're finding it tough. But if I could do it then you can too.

Consultations are usually in Westcliff (plenty of parking) and mobile visits in the Southend area offered. Or they can be  'virtual', whether by WhatappVideo, Facetime, Skype or just a phone call (your choice).  I'm here to support you throughout your journey. And through maintainance. Because, believe me, you can get to your target and move to maintaining. I'm walking proof and am here to help you do that.
