Why is my 'before' photo taken from the back? Because when I looked like this, I never knowingly had my photo taken. Chances are, if you're reading this, you get that! 

I'd been overweight for most of my life, unhappy with my size for 40+ years. Other diets just hadn't worked for me, but this was different. It's just amazing how fast I shed the weight (al

4 stone in 3 months*) even whilst being on medication that was supposed to make weight loss very difficult. Now I feel fantastic; I have confidence, energy and am happier in, and with, myself. I became a Consultant to help others feel as good as I do now. I know the struggle, but I also know the joy coming out the other side. 

My clients are my focus which is why I’ve been Highly Commended by the company.
