I was piling on weight and just couldn't get my head round changing my eating habits, luckily I knew Roz  and with her patient manner she encouraged me to follow a Cambridge plan and I lost lots of weight in no time. Roz also encourages me to maintain my loss.

Roz has been extremely supportive through my weight loss journey, the products are delicious,( there is definitely something for everyone) and I reached my target BMI of 24 very quickly. I have now maintained my loss for 2 years and still see Roz  fortnightly to keep my weight in check.
