Hi I'm Lisa, after the frustration of yo-yo dieting for 20+ years and always ended up regaining my weight and more, I then went on to discover the 1-1 Diet , that really worked for me starting life in a size 22 now in a comfortable size 10, and having maintained my weight loss for over 18 years.

I have been where you are today reading someones success story, and having experienced the full weight loss journey myself, puts me in a optimum position to now help, motivate, guide and support others to their goal, so let me help you achieve your goal that you have only ever searched for, as I know only too well the difficulties you face when embarking on a new weight loss journey.

My most prestigious Award was winning Consultant of the Year 2008, competing with Consultants across the UK. Recent Awards include West Midlands Regional Consultant of the Year 2014 and again Sales Champion 2011-2020.  I have also appeared live on Air with BBC West Midlands to discuss the Diet and Plans. Won 14 Awards within  14 years.

Drawing on my knowledge, personal experiences and enthusiasm for the 1-1 Diet and it's different steps, you can be confident and assured that I understand and have experienced first-hand the difficulties you face only too well. I offer one to one support, motivation and guidance.

Deciding to follow Cambridge Weight Plan was the best thing I have ever done.  I am a changed woman.  This is all with a BIG THANKS to Lisa and her ongoing support.
