I have been a consultant for the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan for over  15 years. Over these years I have had hundreds of succesful clients lose the weight and maintain their healthy lifestyle with a diet plan that I know and love. I myself have lost over 3 stone & have absolute faith that this diet works. I am here to support you and have thorough knowledge for any questions or concerns. 

On average when sticking to the diet, my clients lose 1 stone per month. Once closer to goal, you will move up the steps and reintroduce food into your diet.

Once you reach your goal, which I know you can, I will be here to help you maintain your weightloss whilst living a healthy and happy lifestyle.
