I have been helping people successfully lose weight since 2005, and it really is priceless seeing all the amazing transformations. I have followed the plan and know exactly what it feels like being over weight!

My life consisted of, not wanting to go out, making any excuse last minute as had nothing that looked nice, or I just hated how I looked. Photo's well you'd be lucky to actually get any of me and I would have to check them all to make sure the angle was right, but lets face it the camera doesn't lie.

Nobody can really understand what its like to be over weight unless you have been there, and I have and really do understand all the up's and Downs.

I am not going to lie, I've tried losing weight on this diet before but it just wasn't the right person helping me.
