A bit about us!

Jacky

As a busy working Mum, I had little time or energy to devote to getting into shape. I felt that I would be fat forever, but that changed when I lost a lot of weight, very quickly, on Cambridge Weight Plan.

My outlook on life has changed and I'm now passionate about helping others to achieve lasting weight loss. If you are looking for support from someone with significant experience, who can really relate to being overweight, and the challenges that brings, please get in touch.

I offer support, encouragement and information. Lots of my clients have said that they appreciate my understanding of how hard it is to lose weight because of my personal experiences.

It is possible to get to your ideal weight and STAY THERE - all you need is a little help and support. You can do it, just believe in yourself, commit and it can happen!

After living overseas, I fell victim to the pressure of fancy restaurants, ice cream and alcohol. Over indulging soon became a daily routine, and it wasn't long before this lifestyle took its toll on my body.

Returning back to the UK and facing reality was a low point for me. I had jumped from a size 6/8 to a size 14 in what seemed to be overnight. I turned to numerous diets, however I was unsuccessful time & time again. This was until mum introduced Cambridge Weight Plan.

The rest is now history! I lost 3 stone* and have successfully maintained my weight now for over 12 years and have spent the last 8 years helping others reach their goal.
