We are Linda and Amy, two longstanding and Multi Award Winning Mother and Daughter 1:1 Diet By Cambridge Weight Plan Consultants.

Our combined and truly committed service is 54 years and the 1:1 Diet By Cambridge Weight Plan itself is 40 next year… I think we can also safely see “it works”!

When is the best time to start this diet? The answer is now, because as soon as you start the sooner you finish.
