Hi, I'm Nigel,

I have always been overweight, even as a child. I was 21 when I first tried One2One. It was simply miraculous and I managed to stay slim for years. During my 20’s my focus changed; I got married, had children and started a ‘Sit down’ career in IT and my weight steadily increased. Again I turned to One2One, which worked wonderfully, but not changing my lifestyle and long hours at work soon saw my weight creep back on.

I was determined to not be ‘fat and 40’, so booked a holiday of a lifetime and started back on a plan. I soon realized that if I wanted to remain slim, things had to change. So I quit the IT job and became a full time Consultant in 2006. I was able to meet lots of wonderful people and maintain my weight. A serious snowboarding accident then set me back once again.

Now fit and healthy again, I have over 30 years of experience with this diet. I have become a bit of an expert, with a great deal of knowledge to pass on. I know this diet inside out and can tailor the programs to suit you. From my own experience, I can teach you how to maintain your weight.
