Hi!

We are Sue and Pat and we have been Consultants for over 30 years.

Our 35 year old daughter, Nikki, is also a Consultant and a professional dancer, who uses the programmes to maintain her weight. We have all lost weight on the programmes and we have continued to use the products for nutrition every day of those 30 years.
We do face to face (1:1) consultations in our home office or we can do home visits with products being delivered to your door free of charge. Remote consultations are another option. We support you every step of the way.

During our 30-odd year career, we have helped people to lose weight and, importantly, to maintain that weight loss, and we hope that our long experience in the business and the success of our clients continue to be of help to others.

We are available (by appointment!)  from 10 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. seven days a week. We offer a flexible and totally confidential appointment either at our home or yours.
