Nothing Succeeds like Success
Weight had never been an issue but with life changes and stress I began eating for comfort and the weight just crept on. Finding myself 3 stone over my ideal weight I decided I had to do something about it and tried various methods without success.
Luckily for me CWP had just been introduced into the UK. A friend recommended I try it and being quite desperate at the time I did. The results were nothing short of magical and the weight steadily reduced
I was delighted with the resuts. but It took determination and a desire to feel comfortable and happy with myself.
Once at a healthy weight and BMI I realised that my weight would not remain the same if I returned to my old habits. A lifetime change was necessary and needed to become part of my every day life
The rest is history, I became a Consultant and have maintained a healthy weight for over 39years.
Helping others achieve their dreams and become healthy and happy is a most rewarding and fulfilling role and one I love.
