The Results Are In: The 1:1 Diet Slimmer Award Winners for 2024

Phew - what a night. Our team have just rocked back to the office after a fabulous night celebrating our amazing slimmers. From inspiring stories - to big moves on the dancefloor, it’s time to debrief. So, grab a cuppa and let’s get to it…

What are The Slimmer Awards?

The Slimmer Awards take place every year, and are an opportunity for us to celebrate the amazing successes of Slimmers and Consultants.

But last night was extra special because, in honour of our 40th year, we marked the occasion by teaming up with one of the UK’s most famous magazines: Woman’s Own. Not only were they on our awards judging panel, they also asked their readers to vote for this year’s Transformation of the Year category.

When & Where did it take Place?

This year’s Slimmer Awards took place on 5th October 2024. As for location, it wouldn’t have been a celebration without a luxury destination, and that’s why we chose the stunning, lakeside Rutland Hall Hotel. With breathtaking views, opulent accommodations and delectable dining it was perfect.

For the ones who’ve lost the weight and kept it off for more than two years.  A story of how you’ve proven time, and time again, that you’ve not only transformed the way you look but the way you live your life too. This award goes to those who recognise that The 1:1 Diet is a lifestyle change, and that only through motivation and dedication you’ll make a transformation that lasts a lifetime.

Transformation of the Year (Woman’s Own Reader Voted)

This award goes to the person who’s truly overhauled their life. It could be that they’ve found love since losing weight, and are now planning the wedding of their dreams. Or maybe their newly discovered confidence landed them an amazing job, doing something they could’ve only ever imagined before The 1:1 Diet. It’s an award that’s all about celebrating life’s big, and sometimes small, wins.

The Wellbeing Award

This award is for the person who’s not only changed the way they look, but also embraced wellness and transformed their health. Maybe they’ve been able to reverse your type-2 diabetes, and feel healthier than they have in years. Or is it a more personal story, one where they’ve been able to successfully grow their family after years of fertility issues? Whatever your journey, it’s time to celebrate how much they’ve achieved.

International Slimmer of the Year Award

This was our chance to look at what our amazing slimmers, from around the world, have achieved. International nominees have already won the category in their own country and now come together to find out who will be the overall International winner.

The winners

Ok, let’s cut to the chase and tell you who won their category!

Within two weeks of starting The 1:1 Diet, Marv had lost one stone - going on to lose a further six - transforming her relationship with food, enhancing her health and wellbeing, and owning her new moniker the ‘Style Queen’.
