Water
“Water will be your best friend on Plan! Drink when you feel hungry.”
“Carry a water bottle with you at all times so you know how much you’ve had.”

Focus
“Go to bed early in your first week, it helps. We’ve all been there and we got through it, so can you!”

Take each day as it comes and each pound as it falls. Write down the reason why you want to lose weight on to a little card before you start and keep it with you at all times. You can look at it every time you’re feeling a little demotivated and remind yourself why you’re doing this! Dream, believe, achieve.
