Green Pesto Flavour Pasta with Veggies

For a scrummy veggie variation on this Italian dish, why not try our Green Pesto Flavour Pasta MRP with edamame beans, peas and broccoli.

To prepare

  1. Boil the edamame beans and peas for 5-10 mins. Alternatively, add to a microwaveable bowl with 3 tbsn water, cover with a microwaveable plate and microwave for 2-3 mins

  2. Cut broccoli into small florets and cabbage leaves into dice-sized squares and boil in a saucepan for 4 mins

  3. Make up the Green Pesto Flavour Pasta as per the sachet instructions

  4. Place the veggies and pasta into a bowl, add the soy sauce and white wine vinegar and toss together

  5. Serve, topped with a few grated carrot ribbons
