From Fear to Freedom: My 7 Stone Weight Loss with The 1:1 Diet

Every evening I tucked my children into bed, I convinced myself it might be the last time I would ever see them. My anxiety had become overwhelming, and I was certain I wouldn’t wake up the next morning. The thought of leaving my kids without a mum was destroying me.

This fear wasn’t just in my head — it was tied to the reality of carrying more than 7 stone of excess weight. I had frequent chest pains, breathlessness, backache, and no energy. I was living in fear every single day.
