I'm based in Stoke on Trent but can support you virtually/remotely from anywhere in the UK.

I’m a mother of 4 and my story is like many others. I kept making excuses like “my kids are young”, “I’m not overweight” and “I’ll start on Monday”.

After a family wedding when I looked back at the pictures I realised how big I was. I then started the one2one diet by Cambridge weight plan. I have successfully lost over 4 stone lowering my BMI to healthy range and lowering my sugar levels so I’m no longer pre- diabetic.

The one2one diet is a quick way to lose weight but more importantly it’s a lifestyle change to keep the weight off. I have full confidence in this programme as I have seen it work first hand.

I have done the diet before but this time things were diffrent, as we were socially distancing I prefered to have my products deliver which Amreen arranged for me.
