Previously a serial dieter myself, now a 1:1 diet maintainer of a size and weight I haven't seen for 20 years! I have battled with my weight for half my life. It wasn't until I lost my weight on plan that I realised the impact weight & food has on us mentally & physically. I had 3 stone of emotional weight that I had been carrying around for years.
