What to expect when you click ‘contact’ me:
1. You’ll get a fast and friendly reply by text, phone or email (it’s your choice)
2. I’ll ask you some simple questions, and you can ask as many questions of me as you would like. Together we’ll work out the right plan for you.
3. I’ll invite you to be registered as my client. If you’d like to proceed great, but if you want to think about it that’s fine too.
4. When you’re ready I’ll send you a list of the food choices and you can select based on a plan that you’re happy with.
5. Your chosen products will be carefully packed and I’ll arrange a Parcelforce delivery on the day of your choice. You can select bank-to-bank payment or ask for a credit card payment link.
6. You can weigh on your own scales at home, at a time and on a day of your chosing. Message me your result and I'll update your progress record.
7. On-going encouragement will be tailored to suit you too. You may want lots of support, but it’s quite ok if you like to do your own thing, your own way.
8. We'll agree a review schedule, and don't worry - if there's anything that isn't suiting you we'll make adjustments.
