Here’s my story...
I become a 1:1 Consultant in the later part of 2020 and I am still on my own journey to my best self having lost over 5.5 stone in five months. I am now ready and waiting to help other people on their journey too. I am a mum to a beautiful girl and little boy and having them has completely changed my outlook on my life. I understand how important it is for me to be the healthiest I can be for my family and to be able to live life to the fullest I possibly can!
In previous years I have struggled with my weight, loving food and wine and not bothering with portion control or abiding the 'things in moderation' concept. The 1:1 Diet gave me the tools to be able to enjoy all of the foods I love, without things getting out of hand and the weight piling back on, now I can pass these tools on to you.
