Let me be totally honest, losing weight is hard. People have great intentions but still fail, people look for the easy option, the wonder diet but the truth is, there isn’t one. I should know! Like most consultants my route into this work was through dieting and failing and dieting and failing.
That was until I met my 1:1 Diet Consultant. I was an uncomfortable and miserable size 18, I loathed what I saw in the mirror. Being told I couldn't sit in the emergency exit seats on a plane if I was PREGNANT I decided that enough was enough and I had to get my over-expanding waist under control for good. So, after a conversation with one of my friends I decided to give the Cambridge Weight Plan a try. Initially, I was rather sceptical however, my opinion soon changed. I noticed, I was shrinking rather quickly which was AMAZING! I couldn't believe that something so simple and cost effective could work so fast. I was so passionate about the Plan and how it helped changed my life forever that I had to get involved and now work full time as a 1:1 Diet consultant. Thirteen years on I am still in maintenance, and I think I always will be, but I am happy and I can do everything I want without feeling insecure and uncomfortable!
Let me share the emotional highs and lows of your journey. On this journey I will be your inspiration, your mentor, your cheeroner but always your friend! There may be tears, tantrums and lots of laughter along the way but I will get you to your goal.
