I am determined to help and support as many people as possible to come out of lockdown feeling the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. 

I decided to become a consultant because I know what the plan can do, the results that can be achieved and the amazing feeling of motivation and pride in those achievements.

It's not as scary or as hard as you may think, it's the first hurdle and deciding to take the plunge and start that's the hardest...after that you will be on your way!

It doesn't matter if you have a few pounds or a few stones to loose, I can support you to achieve it from a mindset of knowing what it is like to be feeling like you have the biggest mountain to climb to get where you want to be.

My aim is to provide you with the friendly voice that can help you stay on track, to be the non-judgemental person who motivates you to remember why you started and how far you have come. It's all about you and that 1:1 support is proven to give you the best chance of success.
