Hello, I’m Anna. I have been a 1:1 Diet Consultant for 13 years. I joined the team after losing 2 stone myself with the plan. 

For some that may sound a lot, others it may not but it had such an amazing impact on my life. I was able to come off my medication, I gained confidence allowing me to follow a dream of becoming a yoga teacher and probably the most obvious impact was feeling more like my old self, day in day out. I had forgotten what that was like. I was so delighted that I decided to become a consultant to help other people find themselves again and improve their lives. I also feel being a consultant helps keep me on track too! 

I now have 3 young children and have used the 1:1 after each pregnancy/feeding as a simple and healthy way to shed the extra pounds. I just found, when life was very busy and  I had so many plates spinning, it took the mental load out of weight loss for me.
