I discovered The 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan in 2008 after witnessing family and friends achieving amazing results !. I followed the plans myself then went on to become an accredited independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant in 2009. The past 16 years for me have been amazing, helping my clients reach their personal goals. Whether you have a little or lot to lose there is a plan to suit everyone!
