Hi. I am Alison! Welcome to my page.  I am ready and excited to support you on your journey to becoming who you want to be!   I am Mam to four children and understand completely how putting yourself last becomes habit and a hard habit to break.  

I have supported slimmers for over two years and am now a full time consultant after growing my business and jumping out of the rat race of working in teaching.

Empowerment and mindset are my strengths and I aim to provide a plan that is solely based on your daily life and your needs.  Together we will look at how I can change how you feel about yourself and most importantly , how you want to look ! 

You will receive my support  from start to maintenance and I am here for easy days, hard days and anything in between.  

So far I have lost 3 stone and I still have 3 to lose so journeying together helps you to realise you are not alone ! We are doing this together and I cannot wait to bring you on board.
