My journey:

Christmas, 2019... i finally tipped the scales to 90kg, I was only 19, ekkk!! I began the 1:1 diet and within 5 months I had lost 4 stone. I felt SO good, i felt confident, like YESS include me in that picture.. for the first time ever i could look at a picture someone had captured of me and like it, no more being self conscious of the right angles, right side, right moment.

Due to the heartbreak navigating 4 miscarriages between 2020 and 2022 i slowly gained a stone, so to get back some control in my life i shifted my focus on returning to my goal weight but in the midst of the shakes, bars, porridge and popsquares i fell pregnant again.. Baby number 5.. making her safe arrival to earth side december 2022 (we finally got our rainbow baby!)

I'm now reigniting my journey with a crazy toddler in tow, all while breastfeeding!
