Hi I'm Vanessa  and I am a multi-award winning Consultant in your area.  I have been an award winner 15 times in the 14 years I have been a consultant as well as regional consultant of the year 3 times, so you couldn't wish for a better Consultant to help you. I will give you 100% commitment to ensure you lose weight! My passion is to help and support you in your weight loss journey.  Whatever it takes to help you I will do everything in my power to get you there!

I lost 5 stone on the diet so I know exactly what you'll be going through. I know how hard this is and we will succeed together! I gained weight after I had my children and still have to work hard to keep the weight down, so I'm with you every step of the way. I love helping people and I really hope you choose me to help you on your journey!

If you need a text every day - I'm will absolutely do that!  If you need me to check out what to eat when you're going to a restaurant - I can do that too!  I will treat your diet journey just as seriously as if it were my own.

You can come to visit me at The 1:1 Diet Centre Newcastle based in Heaton, 6 days a week. Alternatively I offer virtual appointments with FREE delivery - often next day. I work around your busy schedule!
