I have just recently joined as a consultant and I am currently on my own weight loss journey with Cambridge Weight Plan. I have successfully lost weight with the Cambridge Diet over the years, however, after having two beautiful babies I am back on plan.

I decided to join as a consultant to help guide others whilst I am on the journey myself. I understand firsthand how challenging and emotional weight loss can be. I bring a sense of empathy, understanding, encouragement and real life experience which can be extremely helpful when it comes to loosing weight.

I combine proven Cambridge Weight Plan strategies with a supportive, judgment free approach to help you stay motivated, build healthier habits, and celebrate every win whether that be big or small. We’re in this together and I’m here to support you every step of the way!
