About Me

 I developed a very unhealthy relationship with food from a young age, I would eat for comfort, happiness, sadness excitement any emotion! 

Over 15 years I have been on every diet even Hypnosis! I did manage to lose 3 stone for my wedding in 2014, however, I soon put it all back on.

I then had 2 little girls and over the 2 pregnancies, I gained accumulatively over 6 stone! 

I tried so many things to lose weight, searched high and low for a magic wand (which does not exist!), and by this time I was a recluse I had no pride in myself.

 April 22 I went to Centre Parcs with family, I felt so conscious of being in a swimsuit and I went to go on a water slide - at the top were scales! thankfully the lifeguard didn't take much notice of the flashing red light when I stood on them!

By this point, i was at rock bottom. 

I decided to do the 1:1 Diet and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I lost 5 Stone in 6 months! I feel fantastic, I want you to feel the same, confident happy self!
