I’ve been on a dieting journey my whole adult life. I’ve lost significant amounts of weight more than once — and I’ve put it back on again. I’m still learning, still restarting, and still showing up.
Let’s be honest: most diets work if you can stick to them. Losing weight isn’t the mystery — maintaining it is the hard part. If there were a magic wand for that, none of us would be here looking for support.
What I do have is real, lived experience of how hard it can be to begin, begin again, and keep going when life gets busy or overwhelming. Whether you have a little to lose or a lot, those challenges are often the same.
I believe in the 1:1 Diet not because I’ve perfected it, but because structure, support, and not doing this alone can make a real difference — especially at the start. I offer calm, non-judgemental, one-to-one support for anyone who wants help taking that first, second, third, fourth (or the hundredth) step
