I have halved my body weight with Cambridge losing over 12 STONE in approx. 12 months* and I have learned how to keep that weight off for good!.  I've successfully maintained for over 18yrs now, and if I can do that, then you definitely can too.  There are various diet plans to suit everybody and they are all easy to follow - it's not "just another milkshake diet".  I am available day and night for you at the end of the phone to help you, motivate you and listen to you.
