I’m Molly—a working mum, the founder of Yew Time. My passion for coaching and nutrition doesn't just come from a textbook; it was forged through my own journey of reclaiming my life.
I’ve been exactly where you are.
For a long time, I struggled with my weight and felt stuck in a cycle of "bad habits." But my biggest challenge came when a major EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) flare-up left me incredibly unwell. I felt like I had lost control of my health and my body.
How I took my life back
It was during my recovery that everything shifted. I realized that while I couldn’t always control my condition, I could control my habits, my nutrition, and my mindset. Through the power of Habit Hacking and intentional wellness, I rebuilt my life from the ground up. I didn't just get back on my feet—I reclaimed my energy, my confidence, and my future.
I realized then that the "right time" for a better life doesn't just appear; you have to create it. That’s why I started Yew Time.
What I Do
I bridge the gap between where you are today and where you want to be. I take the lessons from my own recovery and combine them with the proven structure of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. Together, we use personalized Life Coaching to build a lifestyle that works for you—even when life (or health) gets tough.
