Like many others, I tried countless diets over the years. Some worked for a little while, but nothing ever truly lasted. My relationship with food wasn’t healthy, and with long shifts, night work, and stress, I turned to food for comfort. Slowly but surely, I became obese.

I felt stuck, sad, and disconnected from the person I used to be. Even walking my four dogs — one of my biggest joys — became a struggle due to ankle pain and foot injuries from the extra weight.

Then I found The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, and everything changed. It’s the only plan that truly worked for me — helping me lose over 3 stone (and I’m still going!). It fits into my busy life, supports me with balanced, nutritious meals, and it’s helped me take control again — physically and emotionally.

Now, I want to help others feel the same.
