In 2018, I transformed my life by losing three stone with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. While life threw some challenges my way, including bereavements and a period of ill health, I’m proud to say I’ve come out stronger. In 2023, I recommitted to my health, losing two stone even while preparing for knee replacement surgery in early 2024.
This journey has given me a deep understanding of how life’s ups and downs can impact your weight and well-being. With five grown-up children and seven grandchildren, I know how important it is to prioritise your health - not just for yourself but for those who depend on you.
Now, as a trained 1:1 Consultant, I’m passionate about helping others take control of their health and achieve their weight loss goals. Whether you’re dealing with health challenges, a busy lifestyle, or just need someone who truly gets it, I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
