Hi, I'm Hilary I am a 1:1 diet consultant. Over the years my weight has yo-yoed. Having retired from teaching my husband and I have enjoyed cruising so my weight became an important factor. The 1:1 diet has allowed me to loose my weight but importantly maintain my goal weight. You can do this as we give you the tools to do it. I am excited to show you what you can achieve and and looking forward to hearing from you. Love Hilary.
