It was October 2021. I had just celebrated my birthday with 2 of my friends who had forced me out to dinner as I HATED going out due to the way I looked.
One of my friends had taken a selfie and sent it to me the next day….It was that day that changed EVERYTHING.
My job involved working throughout covid and living alone all I did was order food to wherever I was day and night. I had no limits but that limit had been reached so I made a change.
That change lost me almost 6 stone and led me to the Cambridge Weight Plan where I am now in my happy place. Confident and feeling great!
