My Story:
May 23- I had 10 weeks to go before a beach/pool holiday and was 2 stone heavier than I had been when I last went on holiday (pre-covid).
I wasn’t happy with the way I looked, I had lost my confidence and sparkle, couldn’t fit into the “ holiday wardrobe” and felt tired and rubbish with my energy and hormones.
So, I took the leap to find a consultant having heard very little about the “Cambridge diet” but having seen the fantastic results on a friend.
Over the next ten weeks, my life, my outlook, my energy, my mindset and my weight changed beyond recognition.
With the personalised one-to- one coaching and accountability, regular check-ins, and weekly weigh-ins along with super easy, tasty and no brainer meal replacement products, I went from strength to strength and lost 1.5 stones in 10 weeks on “Step 2” of the plan.
