Lynne your Crazy Fit Cow Lady

Hi, I'm Lynne, aka the "Crazy Fit Cow Lady." I have yo-yo dieted since my teens, battling with self-destructive habits, including excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, and eating highly processed foods containing excessive carbs, sugar, and fat! Over the years this took a serious toll on my mental health, leading to mood swings, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts.

Luckily for me, I discovered the 1:1 Diet which truly transformed my life as, 5 years ago, at 12 1/2 stone, (size 14/16) I lost 4 stone and maintain, at 8 1/2 stone, (size 6/8). Transformation? Most Definitely: I am nearly 55 years old, my days start early with milking cows, followed by helping clients, running, pole exercise, and dog walking. I am so proud of how happy, positive, fit, and healthy I have become.

I am a great believer of “You are what you Eat” I have sat on both ends of that seesaw, sticking on the heavy end for most of my life! Not anymore, I now ride a swing, as I feel on top of the world.

I love helping others achieve weight loss, improved mental health and fitness with the 1:1 Diet.
