Hi, I am Emma and welcome to my page. I am a wife and mummy based in Portchester, Hampshire, but can support you remotely from anywhere in the UK on a virtual basis.

This plan has changed my life and I love having the opportunity to help you achieve the same.

I followed the plan for 11 months and lost 5 stone 2lbs and I am now in maintenance, which for the first time ever I am being successful at.
