Hi I'm Sophie, and food used to control my life. It was my chocolate covered crutch to get through each day and controlled a lot of my thoughts. I was heavy, unhappy, unhealthy and as a new mum my identity was buried somewhere beneath piles of washing, split ends, plastic toys and baby bottles.
