Join me virtually via scheduled zoom meetings, in person for local mobile visits to your home or in Feniton Village Hall,  where I offer face to face consultations in a calm setting; ensuring confidentiality.

I'll support you through free 1 to 1 support, whenever you need it and offer peer support with other dieters who are sharing their journeys.

I spent years overweight and tried many diets and even contemplated medical interventions until I met my consultant who explained the diet, HOW it works, WHY it works, helped me understand why I over ate and guided me throughout my 5 stone loss which really did change my life and gave me energy from the outset!

The plan uses a full, nutritionally balanced weight loss programme combining what really are delicious meal replacement products, with real food!
