Hi my name is Corrine, thank you for visiting my page. I live with my two daughters and my three poodles so I have a pretty busy life! I love the diet as it's so flexible and easy to follow - I needed something that would fit in with my lifestyle and this was it! 

So far, I have lost 1stone 4 pounds.. I can honestly say this is the best decision I have made in regards to my weight and general happiness. I am still on my journey and can relate to all the ups and down that life throws at us.
