I found myself after being lost for so long in my own world.    I finally started to like what I saw in the mirror again!

...and that’s exactly what I want for you, I want you to like what you see in the mirror, to be able to pull clothes out of the wardrobe that you want to wear because they make you feel good, not what you feel you need to wear to cover up in.  I missed out on memories with my daughter, I did not want to be on photos, I was ashamed, I was the ugly Mum.  Now we are creating whole new photo albums, my daughter tells me every day I look beautiful.  Now I can do everything with her.  Before weightloss I was always exhasted. 

With a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that come with weight loss, I provide compassionate and non-judgmental support to myclients. My approach is grounded and I focus on building healthy habits that last a lifetime.

I have built a new relationship with food and I never will go back to how I was.  I have never felt so content and confident in myself.

My daughter Nicola recently joined the Cambridge 1:1 diet with her new consultant Angela Ntoutsi, I was privileged to be present at her first home visit. On observing their first meeting I was quite mesmerised by the amount of time that Angela had taken explaining the diet, advising her of all the good reasons why she should try this programme, to not feel a failure at any time if she slipped up and to take one day at a time , only a few examples of what Angela had spoken to Nicola about.  As soon as Angela had arrived my first impression was a very friendly, lovely welcoming lady that was ready to give her all to understand Nicola’s needs and her determination that what ever excuse Nicola gave to her she was not giving up on her.  By the end of Nicola’s first session, I too have always had a weight problem but was at the stage where “I couldn’t be bothered at the moment” , I was so impressed with Angela’s dedication, motivation, and determination I too decided to join Angela’s class and look forward to not only a weekly visit from my consultant and a weight loss but someone who you can call your friend who is there for you anytime.
