Life is for living, not hiding

MY TRUE STORY - I refused to go on holiday with my husband and son because I was so embarrassed about my weight. This makes me so sad;I stopped going out, my mental wellbeing took a huge battering as did my physical health.I tried every diet, slimming club, fad diet. I even resulted to weight loss surgery which failed with complications. I then met my 1:1 consultant and my life changed!!!

I have lost a total of 6 stone and maintained for 3 years so far.
