All made possible with the guidance of my own consultant coupled, with a desire to change my life. My discovery of The 1:1 Diet took place at the beginning of 2019 where I lost circa 10kgs or 22lbs (for those who still love the imperial system) and successfully maintained my weight till I fell pregnant in July 22'. Since having my little girl, I've revived my own 1:1 journey. But the exciting part for me, is to see how we can shape your new journey!
