My name is Charlotte- Louise, I am a 1:1 Diet Consultant and see dieters in Gosport, Hampshire & virtually nationwide.
I started my weightloss journey with the 1:2:1 Diet in September 2022 on Step 1b, now on Step 4/5 still maintaining my 2 stone 6 lb weight loss. I kick started the change after seeing a photograph of myself at an event that someone had taken , it completely made me change. I already hated the way I looked in clothes and seeing how much I'd neglected my body was my time to make a change. I struggled with joint pain and my cholesterol levels were VERY high for my age too. It took me 3 attempts to pluck up the courage to make contact with my consultant initially- so I totally get how scary this can feel to some people. I felt so miserable after a marriage breakdown, putting nearly 3 stone on in a year was down to emotional eating and my health was suffering.
This diet has really changed me as a person, not only have I lost weight and my cholesterol levels are now normal , I've gained body confidence, I’ve changed all my old habits. I never imagined that I would ever fit back into size 8-10 clothing, I’ve said goodbye to my size 14-16s forever now.
I now love helping people feel the same and with my support you can do the same, however big or small your goals are!
I am a mum of 2, this diet is simple, convenient and it fits in around being a busy on the go mum!
