My name is Wendy and I am here to help you on your journey to improved health and weight loss.

My own journey has encompassed many years and many diets, but I finally found success when I embarked on The 1:1 Diet.  I lost weight consistently and found the plan easy to follow and schedule into my life. 

We all have our own “relationship” with food and our own stories, unique and personal to us as to how, and why, we have gained weight.  So, it stands to reason that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to weight loss (no pun intended!)  The hugely significant and highly valuable resource this plan offers, other than tasty products, is the individual 1:1 time you benefit from every week with your chosen consultant – that’s where I come in! 

Together we work out the most suitable step for your lifestyle and weight loss goals and schedule weekly appointments, remotely or in person, depending on your requirements and your location.  But whichever way we meet, this time will be Your time.  Your time to share your successes for the week, any challenges you have come up against or maybe even a willpower melt down (they do happen!) and we can plan for any events on the horizon that might stand in the way of your progress.  My promise to you?  No judgement, no reproach, no negativity - just honest and constructive, friendly support and guidance.  This 1:1 support, together with tasty products, packed with all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs, is the core strength of this plan.

I am still on my journey.  Every day as I edge closer to my healthy weight, I delight in feeling fitter, happier and healthier.  My body size has decreased but just as importantly, my confidence and enthusiasm for life has returned.  We all deserve to have the healthiest body we can achieve and we all deserve to enjoy life to the fullest of our ability.
